Fencing Swatch Broken

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? pick the ladder-style horizontal fencing and test the swatches
What happens when the bug occurs? the fencing is white, even if i pick the brown swatch
What do you expect to see? i would expect to have a brown swatch instead of a white one lol
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

but when i place it, its just white

This looks like you're currently using a font replacement or UI mod- please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game and see if you're still having issues with this fence swatch. If it works normally, you'll need to check for updates to your mods/CC.
