Find conflicting overrides for specific item

Hello!

So I´ve found a beautiful override for the BG bassinet by awingedllama. It doesn´t show up in game and I´ve realised that´s because there is another unknown override for the BG bassinet in game. I don´t know how to find that specific item and delete it.

It´s probably from Peacemaker, does anybody recognize this or know how to search for that specific item.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Despite babies just being objects I want them to have the best bassinet.
