Five-Star Property Owner issues

Hi all,

I am trying to make my way through the five start property owner aspiration and I live in a flat within the building i own. I am stuck because it is asking me to resolve a maintenance event. I have done this now multiple times but it always seems to impact my own property and then for some reason it isn't counting? would I have to move out or buy another residential rental in order to complete this?
