Fixing corrupted CC

I recently upgraded from a Mac to a gaming PC (finally lol). After downloading the EA app on the new computer yesterday, I transferred all my saves, tray, and mod to the new computer via my external hard drive. Without mods & cc, the game runs and can read my saves on my new computer. HOWEVER, for whatever reason with my mod/CC files, the game will not launch. It seems they all became corrupted (I've been trying the batch method and nothing is working.) It's weird because everything was working fine on my Mac, so I have no idea how ALL of my mod/CC files became corrupted. Does anyone have any tips? I can redownload mods, but I have thousands of CC files found over time that I don't want to lose!

    raecarp91​ For troubleshooting, have you tried redownloading a couple of mods to make sure those will work? 

    Also, you might want to try zipping up files (probably in batches given the number) on your old computer then unzipping on the new one. Plus make sure any MacOSX folders are deleted.
