@PhoebeSnoww What security software are you using ?
- @crinrict I use McAfee
- @PhoebeSnoww I' can't really help on how to do this on McAfee but could you check if it's blocking your user files somehow ?
- @crinrict i don't think it's blocking anything. I excluded my sims files from my virus scans.
