Gallery will not produce any results

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the gallery, the EA showcase and EA user catalog.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click to open up the gallery, there is a green loading circle that spins for 15 seconds and then it says 'No results found' so I can not see other creators' creations. The hashtags at the top of the screen (under the search bar) do not show up. When I click to open the EA user showcase and catalog, my creations do not show up. It just says I have not showcased or shared any items, which is not true because I have uploaded and showcased my creations to the gallery.
What do you expect to see? When I click on the gallery, I expect to see other creators' creations and the hashtags shown at the top of the screen (under the search bar). When I click on the EA user showcase and catalog, I expect to see my creations showing up.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue started occurring on the 12th August 2024 when patch 1.108.349.1020 was released on the 8th August 2024.
I use a PC and I do use CC and mods, However, I took out my mods and CC and the issue did not occur. To find the issue, I have repaired my game multiple times, deleted my cache and resource files and uninstalled the game. However, when I put my cc and mods, the issue is still there.
I am currently using the 50/50 method to locate the issue. However, when I do find the issue, I find another cc is causing the issue to arise as well. It is very frustrating and I have been trying to locate the cc, that is causing this issue to arise, for 1 month now. I know that some CC and mods are causing the issue but all was working well before the patch 1.108.349.1020 was released.
My sister also plays the sims 4 with a PC and cc and mods. She has the exact same packs as me and we live together, using the same Wifi connection. However, her gallery, showcase, catalog and library all work fine. We practically have the same CC and mods.
Only my library is unaffected so all my creations in my LIBRARY show up.
I would appreciate it if you could help me solve this issue as I feel unmotivated to play the sims 4 now ☹️
