Game crash after 4/1 patch update

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not able to see due to crashing
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, all game packs but journey to battu, stangerville and wedding stories, all stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? The game loads stuck on sims 4 main screen for a bit and then when when changing to the blue loading screen with plumbob get her to main menu screen it crashes
What do you expect to see? I expect to at least get to the main menu screen
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Just download the 4/1 patch

My game was working with all my mods and cc. Then I Just download the 4/1 patch and the game loaded fine then enabled my mods and cc closed the game and now my game keeps crashing just as it gets to the blue loading screen before the main menu.

    What you're experiencing is probably mod related.  Just because a mod worked before an update, patch or new pack, doesn't mean it will continue to work afterwards.  Mods need to be up to date for the current version of the game.  I suggest you remove your mods and see if the game will start and run without them in a new game.  If it doesn't, then try a repair.   If it does function normally, then it's a mod issue.  So you need to go through your mods and find the mod or mods that is causing the problem and update it if you can or remove it.  There may be more than one too if you use a lot of mods.

    @CGrant56 Thank you for your suggestion. I made sure to update my mods before launching the game again after enabling them back on and the issue still occurred. I have been taking out huge mods And some ccs to see if they are the issue but nothing has worked.
