Game Crashes When Launched

Since the 3/17 and 3/18 updates, I have not been able to access my game. For a while, I could open my game without my tray, save, and mods files, but not with them respectively. I followed these troubleshooting methods per EA Support recommendations:

After the last suggestion, I was able to load my game with the tray and save files intact, but when my mods folder was re-added, the game proceeded to crash during launch. As far as I am aware, my mods have been updated or confirmed to be compatible with this latest patch.
