Game crashes when small business opens

Hi all,

Ever since the latest patch, i can't seem to open my small business without triggering a last exception report saying that my game will behave in unpredictably if i continue to play. I played through once and my game crashed. 

The only mod i have currently is MC command centre + woohoo and better exceptions but i have quite alot of CC. 

I'm not sure whether it is related. But ever since the last patch, customers won't stay at the business either. They come in and then walk straight back out. My small business is a cat cafe, and before the patch, sims would stay longer to play with the cats but this no longer happens. This is the business that crashes the longer i played.

So yesterday I created a new business, a petting zoo, to play but the same issue seems to be cropped up when I open for business. 

I'm playing on a Windows laptop.

I have tried the half half method where I delete half the CC to try to detect the problem CC, but it seems like every time i start the game anew, the problem gets tripped again, and i cant tell which CC it is. I have CC installed manually and through TSR CC manager.

I have since disabled all the CC in TSR CC manager, BUT they still show up in game. I'm wondering if the issue is here, and if so, how can I get rid of CC from TSR CC manager when they dont even show up on the app anymore.
