Game Crashing since July 2024 update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats & dogs, city living, get to work, get famous, get together, werewolves, vampires, real of magic, dine out, outdoor retreat, jungle adventure, and fitness stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, the problem started after the July 2024 update.
What happens when the bug occurs? I run the game normally, it loads the household just fine but the sim information bar at the bottom is messed up, and the icons don't match the function, for example the calendar icon is in the sims inventory and so on. Also, when I open the sims profile the game crashes, I'm not able to save nor exit, I'm not able to edit sims or the lot, and in some occasions, I'm not able to open the phone, the calendar, the notepad, etc. Another thing is that the sims profile doesn't show anything its just blank with a llama picture on everything.
What do you expect to see? i expect 1. the sims porfile: see my sims profile without the game crashing after closing it 2. being able to save and edit the household 3. see the icons where they are supposed to go
