Game does not let me do anything such as save

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions besides Horse Ranch and Growing Together, all game packs besides Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, and the star wars one, and all stuff packs besides Home Chef Hustle, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Moschino, Toddler, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Spooky, and Luxury Party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up a game and try to save
What happens when the bug occurs? Game claims to continue loading while loaded fully, doesn't allow me to save or go to manage worlds
What do you expect to see? You should be able to enter manage worlds, travel, or save your game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I use a few mods and recently installed the basegame update. My friend (who also uses CC) is just fine, his game doesn't bug.
