Game don't launch

I was playing today's aafternoon and my game was good. A few hours later I tried and it didn't start. I tried getting rid of the mods and it worked, but when I put the mods folder back it didn't work. I "reset" the game: move to the desktop the folds in documents and start the game, then replacing the mods, saves and tray folders for the old ones, because that worked me last act, but it didn't start. I read that the tattoo mod's are broken, so I also get rid of them, but the game still didn't working, I also try deleting all my script mods, but nothing.
