Try to load a game that I was able to load yesterday. It will take me to the world screen to select which household to play then a jumpy loading screen then boots me to the worlds menu where it displays an Error Code (104:5ee05594:b301d6f9) and tells me to relaunch the game. i played yesterday and now this morning, same code and they took my son for neglect even though he was in the green when i saved. it lets me play other families and other worlds but not my main one that i worked hard on. careers are maxed, skills are maxed, finished the house, started their family & now i cant play.. i don't want to remove the family & re enter, just in case i lose everything or everything they worked hard for. i signed in & out of origin, in & out of sims 4 & still the same message..
is it the game itself?
is it the files?
should i move out the family & move them back in? (saved them)
this has never happened before...

Are you also using mods like OP or is this on an unmodded game ?
yeah sorry, new to this!
no mods, no cc. just sims 4 for pc, seasons, cats & dogs. && other little packs.
i just bought them the Lin-Z Speaker last night & im seeing it could be that?
& theres an update to fix it? my game was fine & outta no where.
So you get the error now every time you start your save ?

- no i played & saved last night & this morning, i went to play & i click on the household, it loads but then brings me to the worlds choices with the box stating the game error & code & that my son was taken. i can edit the family (baby's still there) & edit the home (baby's still in crib), but when i click to play the household, it wont work. it lets me play other families i put in the world but not my main one. (with the Lin-Z Speaker i added last night)
zip save folder? i see the sims folder with many folders in it, not sure what any of it means.
i literally just play the packs, i don't download anything else.
