Game glitch

I have been experiencing a weird glitch in my Sims 4 game and it's something weird floating in the air, and I think it is attached to my sims feet. I updated all my mods so I don't know what's wrong or why this is happening. Any help would be nice. I've attached a picture of what it looks like.
