Is anyone else having an issue with their game glitching or not working? Ever since the new 10/22/24 update my game has not been working. All my mods and cc has been updated as of today and I redownloaded all of them. When clicking new game i get stuck on a white screen and when I go into an existing household some of my sims are missing or it shows that they are away from the lot but they aren’t.
aliyah0702s Please remove your Mods folder and test again. Let me know what issues are still present.
If your sims are still missing, please list the mods you were using before the patch. It's possible one of them broke your sims to the point where even removing the mod isn't fixing the problem. That happened after the last patch with the occult hybrid mod.
I have **bleep**, basement drugs, and Mc commands. I checked all and they are updated. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the mods and I am still experiencing the same issue. I did disable them through the sims game options then it was normal. I am not sure what mod or cc is causing my game to not work. I downloaded a cc conflict detector and deleted the corrupt cc.

I do not have mods, but I enabled testing cheats with full edit for cas. I never knew about the full edit menu until now, but I wanted to change a NPC. I noticed now that I could edit things that weren’t possible before. I canceled out the first two times and sims went to a desktop, ea app not showing. I then tried again with clicking ok but the sim had a pet and it wanted me to modify the pet too and had an ‘x’ about something that was missing so cancelled again and it went to the desktop. I have not tried to edit families.
With my save before the update, two of my sims were at work. After the update, they’re still at work but they’re ‘frozen’ on the corner of my lot. They went back to normal when their shift ended.
I also noticed that I do not know what any of my sims are trying to do. It’s a white circle on what they’re doing. Also, I do not see any relationship pictures. I see the name, but the box is white.
