Game issue

Okay so My Sims four game has become unplayable let me tell you a little bit about what I did about a week ago I deleted the cache Directory instead of deleting what was in the cache folder also about a day ago, I went into my Sims four folder in OneDrive and copied everything and then pasted it first in the buy documents, but the game wasn’t pulling from there was pulling from public documents so I went and pasted what was in my Sims four folder into The Sims four folder, in public documents, and it replaced everything in there with what I pasted And I totally deleted the OneDrive folder and uninstalled it… in the process Of witch files over to public documents I lost a folder that said scratch in the saves folder For what I know it’s not coming back though I do have a copy I believe in the recycling bin right now… But what I did today was I repaired Sims four in the EA app before that I removed all my mods out of my mod folder and put them on my desktop though I still have stuff in the safe folder from mods and the tray folder… But after I repaired Sims four, I went and played my most current save without Anything in the mods folder? Except Resource dot CFG and I noticed that it loaded by save a little slower than it used to, but still faster than when I had the mods in the mods folder, also I did Notice it was glitchy/laggy But not as glitchy as it was with the mods in the mod Folder, for example, my Sims weren’t standing in front of objects for a few seconds before actually doing what they were supposed to be doing at the objects, also, I didn’t have to multiple times on something multiple times before it would work or bring up a menu though there was one time when I was playing with my child Sim. I did have to click on the computer and stuff multiple times but that just happened one time And the biggest steak was without the bottom of the folder it was it completely freezing on me and force me to have to quit the game after just a little bit…

So then I decided to travel to a different house with one of my sims and it seemed like there was no lag or anything Is there a eventually I did save as it created a new safe with my Sims that I created a while back with where they were at that point… But I’m pretty sure with all this there is an issue not with just the mods but something else though the mods make it worse… So what I did that was, I went and repaired Sims four again and this time without mods again, I went and clicked new game and created a new sandwich which I’m pretty sure created a new save I think and I played around and there was a little bit of leg, barely at all though and no problems with having to click things multiple times before it brought up a menu or anything… So yes, maybe it is my Main Save with the household I’ve been playing for the last month and a half or maybe it is not 100% sure but I would really appreciate any help with what I should do next because I do need some months, but I have someone else who can help me with the bods. I think I just need to know if the other issue could be the save or if I need to do anything else before put mods back into my mod. Folder to figure out what the problem is, why it’s making me click on something multiple times and it’s lanky/glitchy and what not
