Game keeps asking if I want to reset UI Scaling

I have my UI scaling set to 130 because that fits exactly 4 university classes in the maximum size of it's window, even though it makes the font quite small. I did this in the options file, as I have done so previously before the setting was put in the settings window in game.

However, that value of 130 is in the red zone according to the settings, and therefore every single time I launch my game I get asked if I want to reset UI Scaling, with the answer yes marked as recommended. I added a screenshot of it.

I understand that an advice is given because of certain calculations, but I would like to ask if it is possible to be made a one time only question! Because if you click 'Keep these settings' it should remember that apparently that is your preference and not ask it again. Thank you very much for considering!

It is always useful to check which mods are broken and which are not, but it is not relevant in this issue. I have just launched TS4 several times, with a completely empty mod folder and my UI set to 130, and it still keeps asking every single time. So this is a bug or a bad feature in the actual game and not a mod conflict. It would be useful if there was a checkbox for "Don't ask me again".

I have never used OneDrive, it is one of the first things I remove from any pc I own, so I am 100% sure the test run was mod free and nothing was put back without my knowledge. As for the options suggested earlier, I am the original poster of this thread and I already responded to those options when they were posted. They didn't change the message coming back every single time.

I play on a laptop with a 14 inch screen and 2560 x 1600 resolution. The game seems to think that a monitor with this resolution is much bigger than 14 inches and makes the UI tiny and hard to read, so I turned up the UI scaling so it’s comfortable for me, but now I constantly get this message. It’s especially frustrating because it doesn’t cause any of the problems the message is warning me about. It didn’t do this when I first started playing on this computer in November 2023, but I don’t remember when it started. I am prone to eye strain; making the game more accessible to me should not  make the game more annoying.
