Game not saving progress

I am having an issue with saving my progress. I was playing and saved the game and the next day when i loaded my game it brought me back to where I started the day before so I lost all progress. I tried to redo everything I did in game and saved and tried playing the next day and it just went all the way back, undoing everything I had done twice already. I tried recovering but when i load into the game now it brings me to the manage worlds and doesn't load into a household (i did not save in manage worlds). I tried doing "save as" instead of just save but that also didn't work. I also keep getting the notif saying "uh oh looks like WW complex save data might have failed to load..." i uninstalled and reinstalled WW and it's still popping up. I removed my whole mods folder and I am still having this issue with my main save.  Unsure of what to do. I play on PC and have 4 mods and no CC. All mods seem to be up to date as well.
