Multiple Issues/Questions (Mac 2021 M1 MacBook Pro)

Hello all, I am new to the EA forums, so if I have put this under the wrong thread, please do let me know and I am more than happy to move it to the proper location, but this felt like the most applicable location for these issues.

First, my game crashes quite frequently in all modes, but especially create-a-pet (CAP). I have tried doing a 50/50, repairing, clearing the caches, and reinstalling the game multiple times, as well as using TwistedMexi's BetterExceptions mod and there appear to be no corrupt mods. I am quite frustrated by this issue, as it has made creating and playing the game nearly impossible. I am not sure what to do from here. 

Second, my CAP UI breaks whenever I try to import a household from the gallery; the painting UI stretches to where it is impossible to see or access all of the brushes, but I do not have this problem when I create a new game and create a new sim from there. I am beyond confused with this issue as well. 

Finally, I have some old cc brushes that have always worked up until recently, and now whenever I even click on the brush, my game crashes. Is there any way to fix this brush? 

I have tried batch fixing all of my mods, and am honestly at a loss.

I'd love any and all input! I am running my Mac on macOS Tahoe 26.3.1, if you need any more technical information, please do not hesitate to ask!
