game won’t launch

please help i’m panicking 

i recently got the new horse pack and i’ve played it loads but now whenever i do anything (load the game, make a sim, travel) the game refreshes to the map and says it won’t load and recommends a reload the game. i’ve repaired it on the ea app and also removed all my cc but it’s still broken and i don’t know what to do
