Game won't open unless I add my cc in one by one

This has been happening for a long time now and I just can't figure out how to fix it. When I try to open my game with all my mods installed it won't respond and I have to force quit it. To try and fix that I'll go through every single piece of cc and every mod I have and add them back in one at a time like you're supposed to. The thing is, none of the mods are broken the game just wont open unless I add them back in one at a time. I have all my stuff divided up into folders so it usually works if I add one folder back in at a time. Every time I add a folder in I have to restart the game then close it again and add another folder. It takes forever just to open the game. I went through and made sure there were no folders inside of other folders and the game still wont open unless I add my cc back in slowly. I really don't know what to do, I've tried repairing the game and deleting the localthumbcash so many times but nothing fixes it. I have plenty of friends who have way more cc than I do and their games open just fine.
