Game Won't Start With Mods Usual Fixes Won't Work

Okay so I know all the normal fixes, the repairing, the going through the mods, everything, and I have done them all so many times but since this recent update with mods my game refuses to start enti...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
