General pie menu won't open

It's likely that in your 50-50 method you were testing mods without other mods they depend on. See these instructions: Re: [INFO] How to Use Mods and CC | EA Forums - 9360660 Also, check the lists in Previously Broken mods and CC and the current Broken & Updated Mods & CC thread.
The pie menu opened just fine while I tested all my mods but when they are all back in the folder it doesn't open.
