General pie menu won't open

Question

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why the pie menu won't show up when I click on adult and teen sims. It does show up for kids and toddlers though. I've cleared out my mods folder and did the 50/50 method to weed out broken mods. I broke my folder up into 4 sets of mods and tested each set and I was able to get the menu to show up. However, when I put everything back in the mods folder and loaded up my game, it wouldn't work again so idk what is happening. Idk if the last exception attachment helps but I attached it just in case. Any useful tips would be great! Thanks

No attachment is included here. If you have a BE report or MCCC error report, that would be helpful. You can upload it online and link to it here.
It's likely that in your 50-50 method you were testing mods without other mods they depend on. See these instructions: Re: [INFO] How to Use Mods and CC | EA Forums - 9360660 Also, check the lists in Previously Broken mods and CC and the current Broken &amp; Updated Mods &amp; CC thread.

The pie menu opened just fine while I tested all my mods but when they are all back in the folder it doesn't open.
