Glitch when building walls

Recently when I have been trying to build walls there has been an issue. The walls keep glitching over to another part of the lot when I try to build (making the wall extremely long or making a room extremely big). This has happened on multiple lots as well.

This only started recently and I haven't changed anything within my files to make it bug out. Is there a fix to this? This has made the game nearly unplayable.

The same has been happening to me, have you been able to find a fix? I've tried repairing the game files but it hasn't worked and it makes me not want to at all since building is mostly what I do.
