Glitches after using Werewolves and Vampires packs

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there.

    Without the Mods folder, everything seems like it's back to normal... Then, when I add the folder back, it's all broken again. Any insight on a next step to take? Much appreciated!
