I think it's great! Don't expect official EP quality, though. It's a bit repetitive the first few days, but it gets good after that. The only thing I find annoying is the amount of child and teen sims it generates to fill the school. I recommend not adding in the student generator mod it comes with, and just making a few children and teens to move into the world. I love the added dose of realism, too. It's not just friends coming from nowhere. You can actually see your classmates and interact with them, and you choose who your sim interacts with. I also like that it focuses on skills you probably wouldn't have your children and teens build otherwise. It runs without lag on my desktop, which definitely isn't the best, so I'm sure you'll be fine. :smile:

I downloaded everything and I added a elementary school but I still don't get the join msg. I added the school in the area where the retail store is at. Should I put the school in the same area my sim family live? I also changed the lot. Do I need to put something in a folder? I am probably making it harder than it is lol. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me what to do.

I think it's pretty good. It should work fine on any laptop. If you're not really fond of the active careers, however, you may not like it. It is repetitive, especially the high school.

What do you think? :) If you don't like the GTW careers than you will not like this either as it is the same set up.However, I think it's an awesome way to make friends for your child/teen sim without dragging them to the parks and etc. I like the task that usually spawns at the end to socialize 20 times with classmates. I really enjoy that. ^_^

Well it's just a mod, and you are not paying for it, so as long as you have GTW, you can surely try it out, If you don't like it, just uninstall it!

@Pammiechick, That's very odd that the kids are going to your house! Try going into manage worlds and make sure your lots are labeled correctly.
As for if the school needs to be in your town, I do not know. I have my in my town and it works just fine. (Though I wouldn't mind having a house full of kids! That sounds like fun! I think Dee would just bake them a ton of sweets then send them back home!)

Also, make sure to check to make sure you don't have any other mods that might conflict with it.
Other than that, I'm at a loss. Sorry! I hope you get it figured out soon!
Maybe check Zerbu's site to see about any bugs that sounds like yours or list your bugs so that he can come up with a fix if it is the mod.

@Pyliathesunelf I fixed the problem and duh! He has the fix on his site. You must redo the setting by clicking on something else first, go to the map then back again and reset it to the school setting. Now I'm having fun, but I have a question--the teens are always bored in school. Does this go away?
