[GRO] Infants glitch out whenever I try and care for them.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030 (the newest one)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP, GP and most of the kits and Stuff Packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try doing ANYTHING, another issue with infants as well, is that sims will constantly take care of infant sims when another sim is doing that which causes their arms to look weird, then the queue fills up with chomps and or checking infants. After awhile sims will hold the infant and there needs will go down to the point of them being stuck there, and I need to reset the sims 4 times before it catches up and does the resetting. LilSimsie had an example of this bug on her channel.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim holding infant stands around smiling like a sociopath (or looking miserable) holding the infant and bugging out while simulation lag becomes unplayable.
What do you expect to see? More playable infants, I don't want constant check on... queues for infants nor toddlers, no constant taking infants out of cribs... etc.
