@Ashleysimmer9 There have been media reports indicating that Gshade may now include malware of some kind. I highly advise deleting it, doing some system checking, and using Reshade instead.
I’ve installed The Sims 4 a few days ago, so I'm new to this game. Anyways, I already installed some CCs, Mods, etc. I followed a tutorial to install and use/activate GShade on The Sims, but when I try to open the game, it just... won't open. I searched here and a person with a cat pfp already helped some people with the same issue as mine. I followed one of their instructions that were copying some text to the command prompt. I did it, but it said that this file/destination (idk) didn't exist. I tried everything that I could. I don't know what to do now, and I just wanted to play with some cute shaders. ☹️

@puzzlezaddict Hello! Sorry to bother you, but could you try to help me, please? As I said, I followed your instructions about the prompt command thing, but it didn't work. I forgot to mention, but I did find the CrashDumps archive and first I tried to just delete them (the crash archives) to see what would happen, and it just crashed again, lol. Then, after that, I did the prompt thing. Do you have any alternatives? Thank you in advance. 🙂
@stinkyyyprincess Try Reshade instead of GShade. GShade has had some previous issues with malware. Reshade is currently known to work with TS4 and there are some very solid resources about using it with TS4 available from the modder SimplyAnjuta.
