Okay I have no idea what's going on here but since the update Gshade does not load when you load The Sims 4. I uninstalled it reinstalled and still nothing. Anyone else had this issue. It was fine the day before the update and after I loaded the game it wasn't. I have never had this issue with any other updates someone please help
To fix this you need to uninstall GShade and reinstall it. and on installation make sure you click Direct 11 not Direct 9
@MisfitBec The shift to DX11 means that there are changes you need to make to your Gshade installation. You can get support with using Gshade software on Gshade support sites.

I have the same issue and I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still isn't working. And I clicked Direct 11. Please help.
What changes do I need to do? I can't find help anywhere on the gshade website.
@McKenna1014 @Melsku07 For how to correctly reupdate your Gshade installation, please head to a Gshade support place. (Similar to when a specific mod is working but your installation isn't, the creator is the best place for support. All the more so since Gshade is program software, not a mod.)
I went back to direct 9 cause it works so much better. You can change this setting in the option menu of The Sims 4 Game itself. Just remember on installation of GShade you click DX9 not 11
