Gshade not working at all and game is very laggy/doesnt load correctly.

So, like everyone else I've updated my game recently. Everything was completely fine for a few days. I updated my mods and my gshade and double checked just to make sure. Then all of a sudden my game is just very slow and doesn't render everything completely. I cannot open my gshade in game at all. I press the correct buttons and I've even redownloaded it multiple times. I've even repaired my game. It's still not working and my game hasn't gotten any better. Is anyone else having this issue? I just don't know what else to do.
