Birksche's Sims Blog has a lot of great hair. I'm playing a mid century save right now, and a lot of the hair fit in with that theme, but most of it would fit with a normal/contemporary theme, as well. https://birkschessimsblog.wordpress.com/

I don't like clothing makers where every outfit looks like it's for a lady of the night (had to word it that way as I wouldn't sure if I would get the plum edit otherwise, haha), so these 2 women's clothing artists have more realistic clothes that fit different situations, not just super sexy clothes for clubbing.
