Happy sim keeps doing the hunger animation with "has to pee" speech bubble.
This is Issa & Issa is feeling just fine. But she has a growling stomach paired with the complaint that she has to use the bathroom several times a day, while this is not the case...
Wondering if anyone else has noticed this. 🤔

How often does the bug occur? A couple of times per in-game day.
What is your current game version number? Last update 2/28/2024
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most expansions, game- and stuff packs, only 1 kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through the daily life of a sim who has their needs met.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim does the "hungry" animation and has the "has to pee" speech bubble while their needs are all green and happy.
What do you expect to see? No animation at all. Or maybe an animation for another current negative moodlet like the "bad environment" one.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, no CC but some mods. None that I would expect to alter animations.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It first appeared after the patches of februari 2024.
