Hating default work uniforms

Question

I hate the default work uniforms. Specifically the ones for the fashion career. They look ridiculous and are by no means fashionable. Is there a way to remove work uniform defaults so Sims can go to work in what you want them to?

you have to reapply the cheat after every promotion as the default uniform is put back by the game.
