Are the tights in your game? The easiest way to find them in that case is to use The Sims 4 Tray Importer. Simply make a SIM with the items you want to identify and save it. Exit the game and of the Tray Importer. Find the picture of the Sim and you can now find all of the CC used and it will direct you to the original site if you wish.
