Help me fix my game!

I recently moved my game from my seat drive to my Dee Drive that was on my external hard drive when I went to load my game, my script, mods icon that pops up when you game is done loading, icon had green colors, and all the words were missing besides the mods in the scripts. I decided to look and see what was wrong with my electronic arts/Sims, 4/mods folder. I noticed that electronic art/Sims, 4/mods showed up twice on my external hard drive. I uninstall the game reinstalled and I’m still having the problem however, this time it will not let me load the game at all. I’ve closed everything but it still does not let me play the game. Please help !! what should I do and what all should be in my electronic arts Sims four mods folder to get my game working, because I honestly believe it has something to do with what’s in that folder.

    Just how did you move your game from your C drive to your external D drive? If you mean that you simply manually moved it there that will not work.

    You have outdated Mods/CC in your mods folder that you need to update or remove. Start by figuring out what folder your game uses. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
    Then figure out what mods are broken. Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
