Help! Please- cc problem.

So, could someone please tell me how to delete hidden cc? I downloaded a few lots and sims and the people who created them didn't say they had CC in them- but they did. They are not in my mods folder, how do I get rid of them?

    If you downloaded lots from the Gallery, you did not get the CC with it. CC does not transfer through the gallery.
