Horse Ranch Pack not working at all

Question

Hi, I ran into an issue - not being able to play the pack. I have tried to run the game on vanilla folder- and it did not show up. Not sure why, I have all other DLCs of the game working fine but not this one. Even the restarting of the game did not help much, and I wonder what to do. CAS does not show horses nor you are able to buy/&nbsp; adopt..guess no horses for me then. Tried to deinstall too, nothing helped really and EA support did not answer yet.

@v493e4a6n621  Are any of the Horse Ranch items showing up in game? Can you see the world? What is your game version number? You can find it in the bottom right corner of the main menu.

No, I don't see any features in game..&nbsp; not even the world is showing up.&nbsp; Can't find the game Version though
