When leaving the lot (for an event or a split from house and move) and returning, if a Sim was making nectar specifically Vitality, the object may enter a limbo state where it cannot be resumed, cannot be discarded and cannot be loaded with fresh ingredients. The only course to resolve is to buy a duplicate of the item and delete the malfunctioning one. I've only tested this on one lot but will test on others to see if I can replicate.
