Houston, We've Got A Problem Here!

I've updated my game and placed the newest hotfix version of MCCC in place. All was going well, but then suddenly, while I was checking on the eldest teen girl, I discover the Mom is trapped!

What is seriously funny about this is I had the teen asked her mom about the teen's boyfriend. Then mom asked her daughter what she thought of the boy. "I'm so in love with him." was the response. It only stood to reason it was time for the teen to "ask about woohoo". That's when the mom went back inside the house. I followed the teen around, hoping to see the reaction of said "talk". That's when I found mom in the wall behind the staircase. I've heard of being nervous about giving the 'talk' before, but this is ridiculous. LOL This is me making light of a terrible problem. I've already used the debug command on her. I took her into cas.fulleditmod and out again. She's still trapped. What else should I do?

I'm leaning toward removing the outside wall to free her. But, should I send her off-lot? Is there a better way to free her from her high-security hiding spot. LOL

    Lol I've had this happen , I just put a door there and was able to get the sim out

    Next time you are out of your game be sure and delete your localcache.package it bloats with animations. The game will generate a new one.

    Have you tried teleporting her?

    Using “testingcheats true” click anywhere on the ground while holding shift in the area where you want your Sim to teleport and select “Teleport Me Here”.

    I've never used that one, but it's sure worth a try. Better than ripping the wall out. LOL Thank you.

    This is the reason why I add a "mini-room" and put arch doors on both sides of the wall. Once I do this the sim would no longer become stuck behind the stairs ;)

    @GalacticGal Let me know if it works? I ripped a wall out and put it back when that happened to me last week.

    This has been happening for a while now, often in apartments. Using the teleport cheat works fine.

    It worked! I haven't had this type of problem since Sims3, quite frankly. LOL But, now the game won't let my Sims travel. Failure to load. I feel bad words coming on … I've only got one mod in place and that's 4.3.3 of MCCC
