How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

Idk, it forces the tag on all my cc sims. Maybe they were added to the gallery pre-update? I'm honestly more annoyed at the people doing it as I feel like their purposely avoiding the filter for views.
