Nope, my screenshot is from today and it's been filtered to show Top Downloaded sims in the last 7 days, way after they implemented the "Modded" tag. But yeah you're right, it's likely done on purpose, which I find irritating. So if putting them all on ignore would solve me seeing their uploads, I will happily block them all.
I usually don't use the gallery for sims, only lots so this doesn't vother me too much but it's still annoying. I also feel bad for anyone that doesn't know about cc and gets super dissapointed when they download a cc sim exlecting to get the cc as well. I guess we can only hope EA fix it.
