How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

I noticed that too. I think these people have a pirated game (wich does not recieve updates) or they don't update their original games for some reason. When I have custom default eyes I am tagged and can't do nothing to untag it, so that seems like the only way. (No, I don't keep my game outdated).
