How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

All the cc full sim or house that was shred before the update still dont have a modded tag do you diffently going to see them not realy sure if there is baypassing as this is the only possioble way
