How to find broken mod

I tried to play with toddlers but after the update it haven't been working. Today i tried to change the sims 4 files name and it worked but when i try to transfer my saves and mod it stops working again so i think its some modes that causes that. Adult sims cannot interact with toddler at all. They can't feed them, wash them, put them to sleep or even pick them up. In households where is toddlers adult sims cannot even sit down. or light up the fireplaces. They say that they cannot move and that something is on the way all the time even there is nothing in the way. Game is working perfectly with other households expect with toddlers. I don't have many mods installed and i deleted most of them and the game still isn't working. I have tried to find the broken mods but cannot find them and i've been trying to do everything but the game isn't working. I have only 1 mod called basemental dru*s and some cc😕. The sims 4 mod manager doesn't find any broken mods. i have tried to delete toddler and add back and nothing works so i can only play with adult sims. Adult, child an eldery sims works just fine but toddlers doesn't at all. What am i supposed to do?
