infinite task bug?

hi there, since yesterday i have been experiencing this bug where my sim will get random tasks that i do not ask her to do, this can range from tasks that are from the game itself and tasks scripted by mods. I have checked all of my mods and they are not outdated or glitched. i've been other people also having this issue but now cannot find the forums. this is only happening with the sim that i created, she has a partner from base game that i am currently controlling but he is not glitched. i cannot close the tasks that pop up (breathing in the fresh air x100) and i cannot make her do anything else. any advice would be great, thanks.
