@Kawaiipuppy04 Hello! Most of those background mods will have "CAS" in the filename. Did you try searching that in your mods folder? For that you would just open your file explorer, click on the mods folder, then type cas in the search bar. You'll want to look for the .package file that will probably be something like " ...CAS room ..." or "...CAS background ...". I believe you can only have one of those in your mods folder for it to show up in game. If there were more than one, they might conflict with each other. Here's my example:
