How to make custom whims, buffs and more?

Many, many questions here. I'm trying to make a vampire trait, I know they already exist, but I'm looking for stuff more specific.

This is a list of what I want to do:

- rename the bluebell plants that grow in game to 'vervain'
- rename the tomato juice that I downloaded from this juicer mod to 'blood' (or have a new food for blood altogether)
- give an uncomfortable moodlet after eating or picking garlic (or possibly something with garlic in, or making something with garlic in..)
- give a tense moodlet after picking bluebells
- get a tense mood from low hunger that says they need to drink blood
- get a happy mood from drinking tomato juice/blood
- create custom whims for custom interactions (I already have the custom interactions downloaded to game..) or drink tomato juice/blood


I'm aware some of this may not be able to be done...I'm just checking.
