How to transfer mods and cc folders from Mac to PC ?

I've got new gaming pc today and it's almost set to play sims 4. Yesterday I saved sims 4 from Mac to usb. Today I downloaded sims 4 on pc, transferred saves from usb to new sims 4 folder on pc, gam...

They are there. For some reason all cc is duplicated, one set with extra symbols, one without. You just have to find were it starting and delete it.
