How to transfer mods and cc folders from Mac to PC ?

I've got new gaming pc today and it's almost set to play sims 4. Yesterday I saved sims 4 from Mac to usb. Today I downloaded sims 4 on pc, transferred saves from usb to new sims 4 folder on pc, gam...

Im having the same problem and its so frustrating is there any YouTube vids on this? I'm more of a visual learner when it comes to cpus :( help pls :'(
